Another update
My last post was in September, and lots has been happening since then.
For one, i've joined AIESEC - As a newbie i think we're going at a snail's pace to get things off the ground. Corporate Development is definitely interesting for my field, and my meeting with a CEO of 3 fairly small home-businesses went pretty well. So well that my VP elected me to go to the networking event tonight!! I haven't really been briefed yet about what general rules we should be following, but it seems pretty straightforward. Instructions in the organization are a bit well, off. Being used to taking instructions from people, using my own initiative will grow on me (hopefully). Third year of uni is proving to be hectic, and i'm always finding myself with something to do. So much that last weekend seemed very eerie not having any midterms coming up for the week.. almost like the calm before a storm..
I have the last batch of midterms, assignments, and final projects to do, our final exams, and then off back home for Christmas!! Honestly can't waittt to see everybody: friends, family, and more importantly FOOD!!
