playin catch-up
soo it's been a while since my last post.. i've been waiting till my friends get back so i can post some cool pictures, but i haven't been bothered to do that much lately.
Ok well to catch-up.. i went on holiday to Zanzibar, n it was really really nice.. we had a few salfa's pop up during the trip, but other than that i really liked it.
I got the chance to just get away from the world and chillax.. that's what a real holiday's about. No phone calls, no connections to the world.. i was just left with my own thoughts. Friends were there too, and i liked just being with people my own age, who kind of think the same way i do.. or at least with the same mentality. Since i don't know alot of those people in uni it felt great to just be on the same wavelength with people again.
To start off with, the house had no TV, so we couldn't just veg. infront of it and we were basically left to be entertained some other way. I actually liked that!! We'd play Boggle and Pictionary.. and go to the bars just to watch the worldcup.
The house is right on the beach too, so i'd just sit on the porch and take everything in, the cold breeze, the waves, the colours of the sea, the beautiful white sand.. i really liked it.
Although i think it'll be a long while till i go back there again, but at least i had a good holiday.
