Life isn't all Ha Ha Hee Hee
It's been pretty crazy over the last days before i leave. I've been fasting since Saturday, and it manages to kill any social gatherings during the day. It's amazing how our lives rotate around food & drink. Well the Bird and the F have both left town, and i'll see both of them over xmas hopefully.. There's not that many people left to mingle with. I saw Nooni @ Daksha's today though, which was great since i've been asking about her for a while. She looks the same really. I've been expecting everybody to have somehow changed over the first year at uni, but i can't see any major ones in anyone - yet.
I leave in 2 days time, and one suitcase is broken. I somehow feel like i've got 101 things to do before then.
There's this show on TV we watched last night bearing the title abt Life, and it's about these 3 Punjabi sisters and their family living in the UK, and the dilemmas the face with their relationships. They mention how Indians traditional way of dealing with things is not to. & just ignore them in silence over a cup of tea. Aside from all the tea crap, i can see that over here.. how true! Instead of dealing with things, i see we tend to not speak out and just ignore them.
On another note, i've been browsing through blogskins.com and some people have created some beautiful layouts.. really. I saved one specifically cuz it seemed so me, so when i have time i'll have to put it up, and add some tweaks to it here and there.
